Manage, prioritize and schedule database applications
What it means: Scheduling is a technique born in cluster computing, making it possible to optimally manage the execution of multiple applications on multiple machines or processors. Database, or data-intensive applications can also be managed to run in specific orders or with specific priorities. This shortens response time and makes it possible to maintain quality of service for priority applications.
